Where You Are Heading in Your Spiritual Mastery
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the Collective of Ascended Masters.
We see your mastery manifesting in the most diverse aspects of your life. We see you mastering certain skills and abilities, and we view every moment when you are in a state of mastery in anything as spiritual. We invite you to do the same, for you are a spirit having a physical reality experience. You do not need to transcend the physical, to rise above it, to be spiritual. You are already spirit, and you are using your ability to focus in physical reality to know yourselves more purely, fully, and totally — as you truly are. Therefore, any kind of mastery requires spirit. It requires focus. And while you may not consider the various skills you possess to be a manifestation of spiritual mastery, it would truly serve you to begin thinking in exactly that way.
The reason is that if you can acknowledge that you have already mastered something, then you can acknowledge that you are capable of mastering everything. It is the same mechanism; you use the same tool — focus — to bring yourself to a state of mastery. If you tell yourself it is easier to master tying shoelaces than it is to master your thoughts and emotions, then that is the reality you will experience. But if you realize that your mastery in any physical tasks shows you that you have the capacity to master your energy, your state of being, and your vibration, then you can begin to benefit from the mastery you have already achieved in your life.
Look at anything you do well through the eyes of a child who has not yet mastered anything — even folding laundry, cooking dinner, or brushing your teeth. You are masters, and you continue to show yourselves how masterful you are. But without acknowledging this mastery, without using your mastery to strengthen your self-belief, it does not lead you as far as it could. Therefore, we advise you to begin looking at your life and recognizing that once you were not so skilled in something that you now do flawlessly. And it was because you truly wanted to master that task that you succeeded. It was because you persistently kept doing what was necessary until you reached where you are today. That is why you can consider yourself a master in that aspect.
This is exactly what you need to do regarding spirituality — regarding mastery over thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and ultimately — over actions and words. You move toward this step by step, day by day, moment by moment. If you are honest with yourself, for most of your life you haven’t sought mastery over these more esoteric things, but you have actively sought mastery in the physical world — and you are mastering many physical skills and actions. The same will happen with the non-physical, the esoteric. When you celebrate your progress and the fact that you keep moving forward, then you reach the goal — the level of spiritual mastery you desire — much faster.
That is all for now. We are Thymus, we are the Collective of Ascended Masters, and we are always among you.”

💡 Interpretation
The core idea of the message is that there is no division between the “earthly” and the “spiritual.” If you have learned to walk, cook, or drive a car — you have already applied the mechanism of higher concentration (focus). Thymus reminds us: the tool you used to master physical skills is identical to the one needed to master emotional intelligence and vibrational states. Our mistake lies in devaluing “mundane” victories. Recognizing yourself as a master in small tasks creates a vibrational foundation for victories in the realm of spirit.
🧘 Practice: “The Bridge of Mastery”
This exercise will help you integrate the energy of success from the physical plane into the spiritual one.
- List Your “Mundane Triumphs”: Write down 3–5 things you do easily and flawlessly now, but which took a long time to learn (e.g., solving complex problems, driving, playing an instrument, or even brewing the perfect coffee).
- Acknowledge the Effort: Remember the moment at the beginning when you were a “child” in this matter. Feel the journey you have traveled. Tell yourself: “I was able to master this through focus and patience. This power is already within me.”
- Transfer the Energy: Think of a spiritual goal that seems difficult to you right now (e.g., not reacting with anger to criticism or daily meditation).
- Affirmation of Action: Say aloud: “I use the same mastery of focus that I have in [name of your skill] to master my state of peace. If I conquered the physical, I will conquer the non-physical.”
- Celebrate: Throughout the day, every time you do a routine task well, mentally praise yourself: “This is the action of a Master.” This will accelerate your progress in the spiritual sphere.
