How To Love Yourself Message Of Minaya

Keeper of the Light: Returning to the Source

Posted on May 17, 2026May 17, 2026 By With love, @Areal’Naya ❤️

You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and the world around you feels completely fake and plastic? Like you’re playing a role in a bad movie scripted by a sociopath. I know it all too well. Recently, a strange text came across my desk—the message of Minaya, channeled through the star civilizations of the Pleiades and Sirius. At first, I was skeptical. Another piece of New Age fluff? But as I read on, something cracked inside me. This text isn’t just fluffy philosophy; it’s a manual on how to break out of your own inner bunker and remember what a real spiritual awakening actually feels like. Below is a story about breaking the ice in your chest and why the cells of our bodies know much more about the universe than our terrified minds ever will.

The Shadow on the Earthly Plane

Elias stood on the very edge of the cliff. His hands were shoved deep into the pockets of his old jacket. It was freezing. A damp night wind beat ruthlessly against his face, chapping his lips, but he barely noticed. Below, buried under a heavy blanket of dirty, slate-gray fog, the city tossed and turned. A giant, indifferent microchip. Millions of orange dots: windows, traffic lights, the headlights of cars rushing somewhere.

To anyone down there, it was just a typical Saturday night. A time to grab a drink at a bar, mindlessly binge a TV show, or finally catch up on sleep before another pointless Monday.

To Elias, this night was a wall. A dead end. There was nowhere left to go.

For the past few years, he had lived with a dull, heavy sensation—that he had been dropped onto the wrong planet. You know how it goes? You sit in a room with seemingly normal people, they laugh, they talk about things, and you look at them feeling like a mannequin. A stranger. The cosmic matrix of existence worked like clockwork all around him, but Elias just didn’t fit into the gears. Everyday life was dragging him under: bills, debts, news that made him sick to his stomach in the morning, and the eternal, exhausting race to “be no worse than the rest.” The aftertaste of cheap vending machine coffee still lingered in his mouth like plastic and bitterness.

He had tried. Really. He worked himself to the bone, bought stupid gifts for everyone to make them like him, looked for any approving glance, a simple human: “Hey, you’re doing great, I need you.”

But every time his smartphone screen went dark, his rented apartment filled with that same rotten emptiness. The world always demanded a receipt: “You have to prove you’re worthy of living. Earn it. Get status. Become better—then, maybe, we’ll love you.”

He dropped straight onto the wet grass. His knees soaked through instantly; his toes went numb inside his canvas sneakers. Tears rolled down his cheeks—hot, angry, and humiliating.

”If there’s anyone up there…” he rasped into the dark, clenching his jaw so hard his teeth ached. “If this whole life isn’t just some sick mistake… Give me something. Because I can’t carry this anymore. I don’t know how to love this world. And I hate myself in it.”

The wind caught his words and chewed them up in the pine canopy.

Then came the silence. Deep. Ringing. The kind of silence where you can hear your own panicked heart thumping.

A Beam from the Constellation of Light

And then, everything vanished. The rustling of the branches stopped; the distant hum of the highway died. The air in front of Elias turned thick and strangely warm, like a summer evening right before a thunderstorm. The space right in front of his eyes simply cracked open, and a soft, silvery-blue light poured out. It didn’t blind him. Instead, it made his eyelids relax, silencing the constant background anxiety in his head.

Out of that soft glow stepped a woman. She looked nothing like the angels from religious books. But she radiated a wild, forgotten sense of home that Elias hadn’t felt since childhood. Tall. Long hair the color of ripe wheat glowed faintly. And her eyes—deep, cornflower blue—looked intensely right into his soul, but with absolutely zero judgment.

She wore a sleek, silvery suit that shimmied with golden lines at every movement. And on the left side of her chest, right over her heart, flickered an emblem: a delicate four-pointed star enclosed in a triangle.

”Do not fear, Elias,” a voice echoed.

Not through his ears. The voice was born inside his own head, spreading through his body like a strange, soothing nectar.

”Who are you?” The guy flinched back, nearly falling on his rear. “Have I lost my mind? Am I hallucinating?”

She smiled faintly, just at the corners of her lips. It was a simple, incredibly human smile. His fear evaporated instantly.

”My name is Minaya,” she replied. She floated a bit closer, though her feet never touched the rocks. “I come from the dimension you are used to calling deep space. My family is the Pleiadians and the Sirians. We have been watching Earth for a very long time, Elias. Much longer than your country has existed. The secrets of the Pleiades civilization are older than your mountains. And I am here because tonight, your heart didn’t just cry—it exploded. That pain ripped through the veil of density, and I came in response to that cry.”

”My heart?” Elias let out a bitter laugh, staring at his dirty sneakers. “It’s empty. It’s a scorched wasteland. I don’t know how to live. I don’t know how to love myself when I am a total zero.”

Minaya took another step forward. She reached out. A tiny, golden spark flew from her palm and landed softly on Elias’s chest. In that exact second, the iron plate that had pressed against his lungs for years began to melt.

”You’ve just forgotten the rules of the game,” Minaya said softly, looking up at the sky, where the stars suddenly aligned into sharp geometric patterns. “Your world taught you to survive and hide. But you missed the core. Listen to me. Not with your mind, not with logic—just let these words get under your skin.”

And she spoke. Every sound of her voice vibrated inside his body with a strange, sweet ache.

The Message of Minaya

“LEARNING TO LOVE YOURSELF…

The Creator’s love is infinite. The cells of your body hold this Truth in their pristine imprint, and we speak of this again so that this imprint may rise to the surface of your consciousness. The Creator’s love is infinite. This Love has no shores. No end. There is only one condition under which this Love is given: existence itself.

The Love pouring from the Heart of the Source pours equally upon every being in every moment of existence. This Love is the very essence of being. Love comes as the unchanging foundation beneath every form of life. You are a cell in the Heart of the Creator. You are an aspect of the Source, expressed in human form, walking this earthly plane in the body you now inhabit.

Love flows from the Source because the Source is Love, and the Sun radiates light just as the Sun radiates—equally upon every field that turns toward it. The radiance reaches every field. Love reaches every Heart. The work, once again, is to turn back. The Creator we speak of, the Creator we know, the Creator from whose field this message flows—this Creator is Love. Only Love.”

The Awakening of the Cells

When Minaya fell silent, Elias felt as though something flipped inside him. It wasn’t an intellectual “aha!” moment. It felt like hot blood rushing back into frozen fingers after a long frost—painful, sharp, but alive. Every blood vessel, every bone began to vibrate subtly. The evolution of soul consciousness had begun not with thoughts, but with the body.

”Cells…” he muttered, bringing his hands up to his face. Now, in this blue light, he could almost see the movement of billions of tiny dots beneath his skin. “They really remember all this?”

”Of course,” Minaya knelt beside him on the grass, right in the mud, completely ignoring her cosmic clothing. Her eyes were right there. “Your body is not just some random bag of meat and bones thrown together by blind evolution. It is a living antenna. Every cell in your body is a flash drive containing the prime code of the Universe. It holds the memory of when you were pure joy in the thoughts of the Creator before you descended here, into this heavy human life.”

Elias listened to her, and the old mental blocks cracked and shattered inside his head. He had been taught the exact opposite since childhood! His parents said: “Bring home a good grade, and we’ll buy you a bike.” Girls hinted: “Have money, and I’ll be with you.” His boss hammered it home: “You are nobody until you hit your quota.” His entire matrix was built on transaction. On trying to earn the right to breathe.

”So…” Elias’s voice cracked. “I don’t have to be ‘special’? I don’t have to turn myself inside out just to be… loved?”

Minaya gently touched his forearm. Her hand was warm. Real.

”Look east. See how the sky is turning gray? Soon, the Sun will rise. Tell me, when its rays hit the earth, does it ask the weeds if they are useful enough? Does it check the flowers for market value? Does it sort people into saints and sinners before warming them? It just shines. Because the Sun is light; it doesn’t know how to do anything else. It’s the same with the Source. Its Love is not a bonus for good behavior. It is oxygen. You don’t try to earn the right to breathe, do you? You just open your lungs. You are already here, you exist—and that is enough.”

Elias covered his face with his hands. His shoulders shook. These weren’t the bitter tears from half an hour ago; they were tears of insane relief. He didn’t have to run anymore. He could stop.

Turning to the Sun

”But why is everything so completely messed up out there then?” Elias asked, wiping his nose with the sleeve of his jacket. “Why are millions of people dying of loneliness, drinking themselves to death, popping pills, if this love is everywhere? Where is the logic?”

Minaya sighed. For a second, her face looked incredibly old, as if she were remembering every war she had witnessed on Earth.

”There is a phrase in the message: ‘The work, once again, is to turn back.’ The Creator gave you all a terrifying gift—free will. You can build a reinforced concrete bunker, lock all the hatches, turn off the power, and sit there in pitch darkness, suffocating and cursing the Sun for abandoning you. But the Sun isn’t to blame. It keeps baking your roof with gigawatts of heat. You just locked yourself in from the inside. With a deadbolt.”

She tapped her finger lightly against the space between his eyebrows.

”To turn back simply means to stop staring into the dark. You humans are always looking outward. You look for validation of your worth in the broken mirrors of other people who are scared to death themselves. Turning back means closing your eyes to the external chaos, looking inside, and saying: ‘I see you, my heart. I accept you. I don’t care what the world says.’ That is the whole ‘work.’ It doesn’t require money or degrees. You just have to surrender. Let your divine nature take over your terrified ego.”

Elias’s life flashed before his eyes. A little boy hiding under the table, crying because he broke his mom’s favorite vase, waiting for a beating. A teenager buying stupid clothes just so the kids in the yard wouldn’t laugh at him. An adult sitting in an office late into the night for the approval of people he didn’t even like.

All these memories were bricks in his own dark bunker. And in every single room, he had been standing with his back to the window.

Oneness with the World

”I spent so many years being angry at the dark,” he whispered.

”Time doesn’t exist, Elias,” Minaya rose, and her suit pulsed with golden sparks once more. “It doesn’t matter how many years you sat with your back to the light. Turning around takes a single second. One sincere breath. A heart opening meditation isn’t about sitting in a lotus position; it’s just a decision to face the Sun. Are you ready?”

The guy took a deep breath. For the first time in years, his lungs expanded fully, without pain. He felt a strange, massive energy from the planet passing through his knees as they touched the ground. The Earth was alive. It was breathing with him. He looked at Minaya and nodded:

”Yes.”

Minaya opened her arms. The sparks around her broke free and swirled around Elias in a living, warm swarm. They brushed against his skin, leaving a pleasant tingle.

Elias closed his eyes. He pulled his awareness inward. He imagined his heart not as an organ, but as a small, abandoned star that had been encased in thick ice over the years. And now, under the influence of this heat, the ice began to crack. With a loud, crystal snap, it shattered, and the ash was simply blown away by the wind.

With every beat, the light inside grew stronger. It burst past his chest, spilling down his arms, his legs. He felt every single cell. They were no longer separate, lonely pieces—they sang in one voice: “You are Love. Everything is fine.”

And then it hit him. The boundaries of his body just dissolved. He suddenly felt like the very cliff he was standing on. He felt the roots of the pines drinking moisture deep in the earth. He felt the movement of the wind as his own breath. Even the city below… he felt it. But the human anger and chaos didn’t scare him anymore. He just saw millions of blinded children who had locked themselves in bunkers, crying from loneliness, completely unaware that there had never been a door in the first way.

”We are all just cells in one massive Heart,” an absolute peace settled over him. “There is no one ‘separate.’ If one cell hurts, the whole organism gets sick. But if just one wakes up—it lights the way for thousands.”

Minaya looked at him with a warm smile. Her figure was already fading into the air.

”Remember this, Elias,” her voice now sounded like the faint rustle of grass. “When you go back down, when life tries to drag you into fear, debts, or others’ expectations again—just stop. Take a breath and remember: you are an aspect of the Source. Your Creator is Love. Only Love. And nothing in this universe can cut you off from that ocean. Shine like the Sun. No conditions. Just shine.”

The Dawn of a New Day

The glow faded. Minaya dissolved completely, merging with the first real rays of the morning Sun as it peeked over the horizon.

Elias opened his eyes. A normal morning. The fog in the valley was slowly melting under the sunlight. The forest rustled. The first birds sang. Everything was exactly as it always was, but at the same time—completely different.

He was no longer shivering from the cold, even though the morning wind was sharp. Inside him, right in the center of his chest, a calm, powerful source of heat burned steady. The guy looked down at the city. It didn’t seem hostile anymore. It was just a field waiting for its dawn. And he knew his job now was simply to live. To project this light through every look and every word.

He walked to the edge of the cliff, tilted his face up to the first golden rays, and smiled. The Sun just warmed his skin, and Elias knew for a fact: at this exact second, the Creator’s love was pouring just as limitlessly and unconditionally upon anyone who simply dared to turn around and face it.

He turned and walked down the path with a calm, confident step, heading back to the people. He was no longer looking for love on the outside. He had become a part of it.
